to be happy with no reason 
you can do it again at any age 
To manage your emotions 
you need to manage your thoughts 
Change your thinking and 
watch your feelings follow

Your unhappiness
Your unhealthy habits
Your laziness
The responsibility has always been yours.


I wake up feeling grateful.
I get to do what I want today.
To breathe,
to feel,
to eat,
to listen to the birds,
to draw,
to play an instrument,
to write,
to love,
to dance
to watch a story
to giggle with a friend

to chat with my family
there is no restriction on me being me
my emotions no longer fluctuates
